Message from the President
What a pleasure and privilege to be writing this
message introducing myself as the new VTRCC
President! Many of you have seen me around the
Chamber for the last two years in different roles: as
a member of the Nonprofit Committee, as an
ex-officio member of the Board of Directors, or
having a
good time at Chamber events.
I’ve learned much from VTRCC members, and I’m
delighted to be able to “give back” to this great
community—especially during our annual Membership
Drive, now through April 21. We’re looking forward to
more members from the Tysons region joining our
growing representation from Vienna. Jim DiModica and
his Membership Committee have a great plan for
making this happen, and each of you is part of their
plan!
I can’t wait to see all the familiar faces, and many
new ones, at the Nonprofit Luncheon on March 15 at
Maggiano’s. And I hope you’ll bring your colleagues
and friends to Casino Night and Taste of the Town,
at Westwood Country Club on April 1. But I
especially hope each of you will find some time to
stop by the Chamber office and say hello. Toni
Antonucci, the new Office Administrator and long-
time friend and colleague of mine, and I promise you
a warm welcome and an atmosphere that will make
you want to come back often.
