Message from the President
By Diane Poldy

Spring is in full bloom and so is the Chamber! We are a hothouse of growth and new activities led by the momentum of the 2006-07 Membership Drive.

The Drive’s highlight event, the Annual Sip and Sample, was a great illustration of new growth – over 100 members and potential members gathered at The Atrium at Meadowlark Gardens to enjoy wines from all over the world, food from the Lebanese Taverna, and music from Spin City Productions.

The culminating event of the Drive occurs May 24 at a mixer at the offices of JDR Title and OlympiaWest Mortgage, the sponsors of this year’s Membership Drive. Be sure to join us for the celebration of another great Chamber success.

In keeping with our newness theme, we launched the Health and Wellness series in April with “Declutter Your Life!” featuring ideas from clutter control expert, Holly C.S. Tunstall and psychologist Ellen Murphy on how to ‘spring clean’ your professional and personal environment. Stay tuned for more great new programs in this and our “How-To” Series.

Don’t miss any of the upcoming opportunities to meet and network with all the new people and businesses that our growth spurt is producing. Hope to see you at every event!
