Fun for All This Fall
The Annual VTRCC Golf Outing is just around
the corner—or dogleg, if you prefer. Bring your
foursome to our captain's choice format at Hidden
Creek Country Club in Reston, VA on September 18.
Registration is at 10:30am and shotgun at 12:00.
The $175 per player fee includes greens fee, cart,
lunch on the go and evening award banquet. There
will be awards for first through fourth place teams as
well as for individual awards for longest drives,
closest to the pin, and best putter! Looking for a

The VTRCC Fall Carnival, a long weekend of
fun & games, will take place at Nottoway Park from
Thursday, September 7 through Sunday, September
10. On Thursday only, you can buy a special
wristband to ride all night (6-10pm) for just $20!
Admittance is free, and the hours are Friday 6-11,
Saturday 11-11, and Sunday 11-7. Food, games and
rides mean fun for the whole family! A special thanks

Barbara has been a member of the Chamber since
1996 as a business member and more recently as the
representative for the Vienna Optimist Club. She is a
former Chamber Board of Directors member, serving
as Vice President, Youth and Education, and is still
active with the Youth and Education Committee,
where she co-chaired this year’s very successful,
sold-out, Youth and Education Luncheon. She also
sits on the Non Profit Committee representing the
Vienna Optimist Club. Under her leadership the
Optimist Club was selected as the 2005 Non Profit
Member of the Year. She has mentored many new
