As President of the Chamber, Diane's areas of responsibility include overseeing the everyday operations of the VTRCC. Additionally she is responsible for the Chamber's administrative staff and record keeping. She works with the Chairman and the Board of Directors to achieve VTRCC goals, and to implement policy and procedures. As CEO, she provides the continuity during the annual transition of elected officers and directors.
